Once your order has been placed online, we will automatically email you a confirmation that includes the details of the order. If you do not receive this confirmation email, it may mean that the order was not completed or processed correctly. (This is a very rare event and so far all orders have been 100% successful, but just occasionally the internet and email can have problems) If you have not heard from us within 2 days, please ‘contactus’ and we will promptly sort out any problems. Your custom is very important to us and any problems will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

DELIVERY

All orders over £20 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £3.99 to a UK address. This includes insurance during transit. You will have to sign for the package on delivery.

Orders under £20 are sent by recorded delivery at a cost of £2.50. Please contact us if you wish to pay the extra for insurance.

If an item is unavailable we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

RETURNS POLICY

In addition to our standard 12 month guarantee against defects in material or workmanship, all of our jewellery (except earrings) comes with an additional 14 day FULL MONEY BACK guarantee. Any item of jewellery (except earrings) that you order from us can be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days of the date it was dispatched, providing the jewellery is returned in new and unworn condition, complete with all the original packaging materials and receipts.
You must return the jewellery by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY which includes insurance during transit.
If you are returning an item for a replacement please include a cheque for £3.99 made payable to Zolushka Ltd to cover the delivery charges.
If you require a refund, we will refund the original purchase price of the jewellery returned but not the delivery charges. Please include your name & address, and clearly state whether you would like a replacement item or a refund.

Please contact us before returning any jewellery to get the return/replacement authorization code.
Please inform us immediately of any damage to the jewellery on delivery.
