What is your RETURNS POLICY?
In
addition to our standard 12 month guarantee against
defects in material or workmanship, all of our jewellery
(except earrings) comes with an additional 14 day FULL
MONEY BACK guarantee. Any item of jewellery (except
earrings) that you order from us can be returned for
replacement or refund within 14 days of the date it
was dispatched, providing the jewellery is returned
in new and unworn condition, complete with all the original
packaging materials and receipts.
You must return the jewellery by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL
DELIVERY which includes insurance during transit.
If you are returning an item for a replacement please
include a cheque for £3.99 made payable to Zolushka
Ltd to cover the delivery charges.
If you require a refund, we will refund the original
purchase price of the jewellery returned but not the
delivery charges. Please include your name & address,
and clearly state whether you would like a replacement
item or a refund.
Please
contact us before returning any jewellery to get the
return/replacement authorization code.
Please inform us immediately of any damage to the jewellery
on delivery.
